Standard 1: Integrated Curriculum / Projects
Heather Henderson - Language Arts coach until specific teacher is provided. We are doing projects with reading informational texts and writing a SLAM response. I have requested English 1 for Foundations, English 2 for Design, English 3 for 2D art and Programming for next year. When we offer 3D art and Multi-User Programming again we would like English 4.

Project for Level 1: They are each making a 1st grade math game to be presented to Deltona Adventist
Project for Level 2: They are forming a company out of the class. They will all work towards a final game project after doing a mock kickstarter.
Project for Level 3: They will complete an animation using Adobe Flash.

Open House. Spoke with parents first about certifications, then Game Maker coding. Discussed grading system and Edmodo access.
Created Game & Sim Twitter, Youtube channel, and grant parents access to Edmodo which is updated with all projects being worked on.
